 We acquire self-storage facilities in markets with more than 10,000 people and positive population growth. 

  We buy facilities with more than 25,000 rentable square feet

  We target facilities with lower-than-market rent, suboptimal operations, and preferably space available for expansion.

  Our target facilities have high-occupancy competitors.
