About Us

Jingwen Ni is a real estate investor and co-founder of Go Beyond Properties. She directs the acquisition department and is devoted to establishing deep relationships with investors, brokers, lenders, and other real estate professionals. Jingwen was born and raised in China and earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and psychology and a Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology. She contributes by combining her analytical skills and empathetic abilities to create a profitable business that genuinely cares about its customers and business partners. 

Matthew A. Rojas is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Go Beyond Properties. In 2009, he founded his first warehouse logistical company that provided services in 5 states. Over the years, he has acquired extensive experience in growth strategies, operations, and logistics. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and merger and acquisition activities.

Cameron Barsanti is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and a partner of Go Beyond Properties. He and his team own and manage self-storage properties in California, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. He specializes in raising capital and developing a large network of professional relationships.
